AruYog Wellness Pvt. Ltd. operates this diet-plan service. We are a wellness company, not a medical service. Our plans are generated using AI based on the information you provide.

2. The service

For a one-time payment, we generate a personalised diet plan PDF based on your inputs and deliver it via WhatsApp and email. Plans typically cover 4–12 weeks depending on tier.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from purchase date. If you're not satisfied, email support@aruyog.com and we'll process your refund within 5 business days. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

4. Accuracy of information

Your plan's quality depends on the accuracy of your inputs. Please answer truthfully — incorrect weights, age, or health conditions can lead to inappropriate plans. We're not liable for outcomes based on incorrect inputs.

5. Not a substitute for medical advice

If you have any medical condition — including but not limited to: diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS/PCOD, fertility issues, kidney or liver disease, heart conditions, eating disorders, or are pregnant or breastfeeding — you must consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new diet plan. AruYog plans complement, but do not replace, medical care.

6. AI-generated content

Plans are generated by AI models trained on nutritional science. While we apply safety filters and human review, AI can occasionally produce errors. Always use common sense — if something in your plan seems off, contact us before following it.

7. Allergies and intolerances

You are responsible for cross-checking ingredients against your known allergies. While we incorporate your stated allergies into your plan, we cannot guarantee 100% completeness. Always read recipes carefully.

8. Side effects and adverse reactions

Any new diet may cause initial digestive adjustments. If you experience persistent symptoms (vomiting, severe pain, allergic reactions, etc.), stop the plan and seek medical attention immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

AruYog's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not warrant specific health outcomes (weight loss, fertility improvement, condition resolution, etc.) — these depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
