Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

AruYog Diet is a fully digital service. There is no physical shipping. Your personalised diet plan is delivered as a PDF to your WhatsApp and email.

2. Delivery time

After successful payment, your plan is typically prepared and delivered within 10–15 minutes. During periods of high demand it may take a little longer. For a status update, just message us on WhatsApp with your Plan ID and we'll check for you.

3. Didn't receive your plan?

Please check your WhatsApp and email (including spam/promotions). If you still don't see it within an hour, email support@aruyog.com with your Plan ID (format AY-DIET-…) and we'll resend it right away.

4. Correct contact details

Delivery depends on the WhatsApp number and email you provide. Please double-check them at checkout — we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details, but we'll always help you recover your plan via your Plan ID.
